Marinated Lentils with Lemony Broccolini and Feta

The broccolini does not require any pre-roast browning and there’s hardly any slicing – simply let the oven and put together do the work. This healthy, hearty meal can be a warm vegetarian primary or a cold lunch delegated marinade in the refrigerator over night – the spiced oil is even much better the next day.
